摘 要:采用了X射线和透射电镜对WC-Co硬质合金中粘结相的相变进行了研究.随着750℃温度下保温时间的延长,不断发生面心立方钴向六方钴的马氏体相变.在试样上加载脉动压应力能够促进相变的发生.在750℃进行时效能够改变钴相的马氏体形貌.
Abstract: Martensitic transformation in the binder of a WC-Co cemented carbide was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The trasformation of fcc to hcp structure in cobalt phase increased with increasing aging time at 750℃. The transformation process was accelerated by fluctuating compressive loading. The morphology of martensitic plates induced by stress was alternated by aging before transformation.
