基坑开挖对下卧地铁隧道影响的解析计算方法

摘    要:为利用城市有限的土地资源,在密集的地铁邻近区域进行新建工程施工不可避免。以深圳市桂庙路改造工程为背景,考虑基坑开挖扰动导致抵抗下卧盾构隧道隆起的土体地基参数沿隧道纵向不均匀分布,将盾构隧道简化为Vlazov地基中的Timoshenko梁,对作用在下卧盾构隧道上的基坑开挖卸荷作用采用Mindlin解计算,建立基坑开挖引起既有下卧盾构隧道隆起变形量的理论计算模型,并与既有研究成果和现场实测结果进行对比验证;基于建立的模型对深圳市桂庙路新建基坑施工参数进行优化设计。研究结果表明:所建立的模型能够准确、有效地评估基坑开挖对下卧盾构隧道的影响;建议将原施工方案的3个台阶开挖高度分别调整为4,4和6 m,台阶步长调整为11 m。

Abstract: To utilize the limited urban land resources, engineering constructions in the adjacent area of the metro line are inevitable. The Guimiao road reconstruction project in Shenzhen, China, was taken as the engineering background. Due to the foundation pit excavation-induced disturbance, the subgrade parameters of the overburden soil layers, which resisted the heave of the underlying shield tunnel, were distributed unevenly along the tunnel longitudinal direction. To solve the problem, the shield tunnel was simplified as a Timoshenko beam resting on a Vlazov foundation model, and the unloading stress induced by foundation pit acting on a shield tunnel was calculated by Mindlin’s solution. Finally, a theoretical method for evaluating the responses of existing shield tunnel induced by excavation of foundation pit was proposed, and the calculation results of the proposed method were compared with the field monitoring results. Besides, the construction parameters of following new-built foundation pit were optimized. The results show that the proposed method can accurately and effectively evaluate the influence of the upper foundation pit excavation on the underlying shield tunnel. It is suggested that the depth of the three steps of the original construction scheme is adjusted to 4, 4 and 6 m, respectively, and the construction step length is 11 m.
