一种路面抑尘高倍吸水树脂的研制

摘    要：以淀粉和丙烯酸为主要原料,在实验室合成了一种高倍吸水树脂,并对其抑制路面扬尘的性能进行了研究,得出结论：在高含尘路面喷洒这种高倍吸水树脂溶胶,能保持尘土有一定的含水量和粘结性,从而能有效地抑制粉尘飞扬;由于该树脂吸水保水性能好,因此其有效抑尘时间长.

Abstract: This paper describes the preparation of a super water absorbing resin for roadway dustcontrol and its characteristics.The main compositions of the resin are water-soluble acrylicacid monomer and natural polyhydroxy polymers such as starch or flour.Sprayed with theresin solution,dirt or dust on the roadway can be kept in good dampness and stickness anddust raising can be effectively controlled.Since the resin has excellent behaviour of absorbingand conserving water,its effective function for dust control can last long.
