摘    要:系统地测量了400℃氯化的Fe-0.64Ti合金系统不同热处理制度下异常内耗峰的行为.提出了230℃峰的Ti-N2仨缺陷模型,指出了100—150℃峰与高温时效过程中在{100}α面上形成富钛、氮的预沉淀相紧密相关.

Abstract: The internal friction spectra of Fe-0.64 at% Ti binary system nitrided at 400℃ and the behaviour of the abnormal internal friction peaks during various treatments has been investigated systematically. Measurements have shown that there are two abnormal peaks, one is situated around 230℃, the other ranges from 100℃ to 150℃. A Ti-N2 triplet model and the diffusion pathes of nitrogen atoms have been proposed to explain the 230℃ peak. The diffusion and aggregation of titanium atoms are responsible for the enhancement of the 230℃ peak and the suppression of the 100-150℃ peak during the high temperature aging treatment.
