摘    要：在对铝材轧制润滑剂进行油膜强度、摩擦因数测试的基础上,应用X光衍射分析了润滑吸附膜的结构,揭示了塑性加工润滑添加剂协合效应的某些微观机理,为复合添加剂的研制提供一定的理论指导.

Abstract: This paper is based on the measuring of film strength and friction coefficend of rolling lubricant. The diffraction of X-ray has been used in analysing the structure of boundary adsorption film. Some micromechanism of help effect on lubrication additive has been discovered. This study has provided a theoretical guide for the research and manufacture of compound additive.
