铝合金管材无润滑挤压穿孔针拉力的计算

摘 要:提出了计算穿孔针上单位压力的方法 ,测定了 3种铝合金穿孔针单位压力的修正系数。用此方法和系数 ,修改了老压机的工艺 ,消除了事故 ,提高了管材质量 ,取得了经济效益。
Abstract: The calculative method of pressure of metal work piece acting on arbor in the process of extruding aluminum alloy tube without lubrication was suggested, the corrective coefficient of pressure on arbor were measured. By using this method and the corrective coefficient, the accident in the process of extruding was eliminated, the quality of tubes were improved, and the economic benefit was obtained greatly.
