基于相变墙与被动式太阳墙的复合采暖热性能试验研究

摘    要:在结合相变墙体的被动式太阳能建筑构想的基础上,在沈阳地区开展基于相变材料的被动太阳能墙热性能实验研究的现场原型实验研究。通过原型实验,对改造前、后房间内的室内热环境和舒适性进行比较和评价;分析该建筑类型中不同围护结构的传热规律,得到室内空气温度变化情况;对影响室内环境的各个因素的影响权重进行分析,寻求进一步改善建筑热性能的思路,并为理论数学模型的建立提供实验数据。研究结果表明:采用复合采暖房间的室内热舒适水平较对比房间有明显改善,房间在夜晚温度下降缓慢且昼夜温差降低,改善了房间的冬季室内环境,影响室内空气温度的因素权重从大到小依次是相变墙风口热流密度、相变墙室内侧装饰层温度和太阳辐射强度。此采暖系统运行安全、可靠,能显著提高热舒适水平,降低室内温度波动。

Abstract:

Based on the idea of passive solar energy building with phase wall, the prototype test study was conducted on heat performance of composite heating based on phase change wall and passive solar energy wall in Shenyang. A comparation and evaluation of indoor heat environment and thermal comfort between pre-transformation and meta-transformation were carried out, the law of heat transfer in different building envelopes in this kind of building was analyzed to know the change of indoor temperature; the weight of each effective factor in indoor environment was analyzed, by searching for the train of thought to improve the building thermal performance; experiment data for mathematical model through the prototype test were provided. The result of the study shows that indoor thermal performance of composite heating room is improved obviously compared with the corresponding room, room temperature drops slowly and range of temperature between day and night decreases, which shows that the indoor environment in winter is improved. The factors affecting indoor air temperature weights from large to small are as follows: the heat flux of phase change wall outlet, adornment layer temperature of indoor side of phase change wall and hot surface temperature of solar energy collection wall. The heating system is safe and reliable, which can significantly improve the thermal comfort and decrease the fluctuation of indoor temperature.
