摘    要:讨论电液比例集成液压缸的结构;采用 机理建模方法给出系统的数学模型,发现对称阀控制不对称缸存在流量不连续现象,并提出采用数字流量补偿方法予以解决.此外,还提出Fuzzy逻辑和控制知识相结合的自学习闭环控制策略,证明了参数年优的存在性.仿真和实验结构表明,电液比例集成液压缸的控制性能良好.

Abstract: In this paper, the structure of the electro-hydraulic proportional integrate cylinder (EHPIC) is discussed, and the mathematic model of EHPIC is given by using physical analysis method. The digital flow compensation with microcomputer is presented for compensating the flow discontinuance of four way symmatic valve controlling unsymmatic cylinder at the switching transient. Furthermore, a self-learning closed-loop control strategy using fuzzy logic combined with control knowledge and its realization with the single chip processor are presented. Simulation and experimental results show that the control performance of the EHPIC is satisfactory.
