摘 要:测定了用201×7强碱性阴离子交换树脂和含SO42-的Na2WO4溶液进行离子交换时WO42-和SO42-的流出曲线,研究了两者在共同吸附时的吸附性能.结果表明:SO42-的流出曲线始终在WO42-流出曲线的前边,并且SO42-的流出曲线中有一段待测离子浓度与交前液中相应离子浓度之比(c/c0)大于1的峰值,说明在离子交换过程中,树脂对WO42-的吸附能力大于对SO42-的吸附能力,溶液中的WO42-和吸附在树脂上的SO42-之间发生了交互作用.通过单柱、2柱及3柱交换时SO42-和WO42-流出曲线的对比研究发现,利用串柱交换可增大WO42-的交换容量,提高WO42-和SO42-的分离效果.
Abstract: The effuse curves of WO42- and SO42- were determined in the ion-exchange process of 201×7 resin with Na2WO4 solution contaning SO42-. The adsorption performances of WO42- and SO42-were studied when they were adsorbed together by resin. The results show that the effuse curve of SO42- are in frontof thatof WO42- and has an apex(c/c0>1). The absorption ability of 201×7 resin with WO42- is larger than that of SO42-, and the reactions occur between WO42- in solution and SO42- in resin. The apex of SO42- effuse curve may be increased and the exchange capacity of WO42-may be improved by series-column.
