超空泡航行体双层壳结构动力响应分析

摘    要:

针对超空泡航行体尾拍冲击时的受力特点,建立超空泡航行体双层壳结构的刚柔耦合模型,对结构动力响应进行计算分析。数值结果表明:与单层壳体相比,双层结构内外壳体之间的耦合作用和阻尼层的耗能作用使振动传递得到抑制,尾拍冲击频率在计算时间内减少约19%,结构振动幅值降低约20%;肋板阻尼系数的增加使阻尼层的耗能作用进一步增强,提高了结构的减振能力;壳间连接刚度在一定范围时,连接刚度系数的减小削弱了振动的耦合强度,减小了双层结构的冲击频率和弹性变形,增强了结构的减振作用。

Abstract:

A rigid-flexible coupling model for supercavitating underwater vehicles was developed considering the characteristics of the tail-slap impacts. The dynamic response of supercavitating shells was investigated and the performance of the double-shell configuration was compared to that of the plain shell configuration. The computational results indicate that the double-shell is advantageous to the decrease of the frequency of tail-slap impacts by 19% and reduce the structural vibration by 20% due to the coupling effect between outer and inner shells and the energy dissipation of damp layers embedded in the annular plates linking between inner and outer shells, and the period of tail-slap impacts increases and the amplitude of vibration is reduced obviously with the increase of damp coefficient of annular plates, also with the decrease of stiffness coefficient of annular plates in a given range.
