超细氧化锡粉末的研制

摘 要:采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了超细氧化锡粉末,并研究了粉末的特性.实验结果表明:适宜的制备条件是,以四氯化锡为原料,进行水解反应的酸度pH2~5,保持酸度恒定,控制反应的温度25~70℃,在反应底液中加入筛选的分散剂,反应过程中剧烈搅拌,能够获得超细氧化锡粉末.对产品进行了X射线衍射、红外光谱分析和比表面积测定等.这一制备技术具有设备与流程简单,操作条件容易控制,产品粒度细(0.025 μm),纯度高(>99.9%),比表面积大(32 m2/g),性 能好等特点.
Abstract: The ultrafine SnO 2 powder was prepared by the sol gel method. And the properties of the product were studied. The experimental results show that the appropriate preparing conditions are as follows: using tin tetrachloride as original material, hydrolysis acidity pH 2~5, containing constant acidity, controlling reaction temperature 25~70 ℃, adding selected disperser to reaction base solution. When vigorously stirred, ultrafine SnO 2 can be obtained. Some characteristic properties of the product were determined by X ray diffraction, ultrared spectral and BET method and so on. The preparing technique has many advantages: simple equipment and flowsheet, easy controlling operation conditions, fine powder of uniform size(0.025 μm), high purity(>99.9%), large specific surface area(32 m2/g), and good properties of the product.
