微波烧结WC-Co细晶硬质合金的工艺与性能

摘 要:采用微波烧结新技术研究了WC-Co细晶硬质合金的烧结工艺与性能,并同常规烧结工艺进行了比较。结果表明:微波烧结WC-Co细晶硬质合金在1300℃的烧结温度下保温10 min时, 可达到99.8%的相对密度; 烧结温度降低,烧结时间大幅度缩短,且制品的显微晶粒尺寸只有常规烧结的一半;抗弯强度、矫顽磁力、硬度有较大幅度提高。
Abstract: Using the microwave sintering new technology, the technology and property of WC-Co fine grain cemented carbide in microwave sintering was studied and compared with conventional sintering technology. The results show that microwave sintered WC-Co fine grain cemented carbide can reach 99.8% relative density in 1300℃ sintering temperature and 10 min preservation. The microwave sintering not only can reduce sintering temperature and shorten sintering time in large range, but also can decrease micro-grain size of products over less one-half and increase bending strength, coercive force and hardness in large range compared with conventional sintering .
