吡啶-2, 6-二甲酰胺衍生物及其Tb(Ⅲ)和Eu(Ⅲ)配合物的合成与荧光性质

摘    要:以吡啶-2, 6-二甲酸为原料,合成含有多个共轭体系多齿配体N2,N6-二(3-甲基吡啶)-2-取代吡啶-2, 6-二甲酰胺;同时制备它与稀土离子Tb(Ⅲ)和Eu(Ⅲ)的配合物,并培养出单晶。通过红外光谱、元素分析和X射线单晶衍射仪确定配合物的组成以及晶体结构,研究配合物的固体和溶液的荧光性能。结果表明:在Tb(Ⅲ)的配合物稀溶液中,当溶液pH值为6~7时荧光强度最大,pH值大于7或小于6时荧光强度逐渐降低;在水溶液中,当溶液pH值为7时,N2,N6-二(3-甲基吡啶)-2-取代吡啶-2, 6-二甲酰胺对Tb(Ⅲ)的荧光强度远强于吡啶-2, 6-二甲酸对Tb(Ⅲ)的荧光强度;当pH值为3~11时,N2,N6-二(3-甲基吡啶)-2-取代吡啶-2, 6-二甲酰胺和吡啶-2, 6-二甲酸跟Eu(Ⅲ)形成稀的配合物溶液的荧光强度随pH值的增大而增强。

Abstract: Using pyridine-2, 6-dicarboxylic acid as starting material, a novel ligand N2,N6-bis(3-methyl- pyridine-2-yl)-pyridine-2, 6-dicarboxamide (BPDA) was synthesized,which contained multidentate and large conjugative system. Complexes of Tb (Ⅲ) and Eu (Ⅲ) with the ligand were prepared respectively and their single-crystals were also grown. The structures of the crystals were determined by infrared, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction. The fluorescence properties of complexes of Tb (Ⅲ) and Eu (Ⅲ) with the ligand were investigated. The results show that the dilute solution of Tb(Ⅲ) has the strongest fluorescence intensity when pH is 6-7 and the fluorescence intensity drops down when pH is more than 7 or less than 6. The fluorescence intensity of complex of Tb(Ⅲ) with BPDA is much stronger than that of pyridine-2, 6-dicarboxylic acid(DPA) when pH is 7. The fluorescence intensities of dilute complexes solutions of Eu (Ⅲ) with BPDA and DPA become stronger in the range of pH=3-11 accordingly.
