关于太钢浓相喷煤技术的优化

摘 要:太钢从分析、总结浓相喷煤诸多因素的内在关系入手,探索、掌握了浓相喷煤的基本规律,实现了从生产方针、工艺设备、技术操作上的优化,达到了浓相喷吹、高煤比、低成本、长寿命的良好状态。突破了一些国外公司提出的相对高压下浓相喷吹达到50 kg/kg固气比的认识局限,开辟了在相对低压条件下实现浓相喷煤的新途径。通过太钢的实践:分别在300 m3级高炉上达到了70 kg/kg的固气比,在1 000 m3级高炉上实现了60 kg/kg的固气比,即使在热风压力较高的4 000 m3的大高炉,也达到了40 kg/kg固气比的明显效果。
Abstract: Through analyzing and summarizing factors of pulverized coal injection technique of dense-phase,TISCO explored and mastered the fundamental principles of dense-phase transport.The production process,process and equipment and operations were optimized,and the good results such as PCI under dense-phase condition,high ratio of PCI,low cost and long campaign life were successfully achieved.TISCO broke through an assertion made by foreign companies that there is a limitation of 50kg/kg solid-gas ratio under relatively high pressure.It is also opening up a new pass at a relatively low-pressure condition.The experiences of TISCO have proved that: both a 70kg/kg solid-gas ratio under 300 m3 grade blast furnace and 60kg/kg solid-gas ratio under 1000 m3 grade are achievable,even in blast furnace with relatively high hot blast pressure of 4000 m3,it can also realize a outstanding result by achieving 40kg/kg solid-gas ratio.Therefore,based on combination of theory and practice,TISCO dense-phase pulverized coal injection technology opens new situation.
