计算卷取机动态转矩的新方法

摘 要:在连续冷轧机组的电气控制中,当卷取机加减速时,补偿加减速造成的动态转矩对张力的影响,避免张力振荡,是一个关键技术。本文介绍了一种卷取机动态转矩计算的新方法,该方法不但简化了动态转矩的计算过程,提高了转动惯量的计算精度,而且计算过程的参数不再依赖于设备设计者所给出的参数。实际生产运行表明,采用该方法对动态转矩进行计算并补偿后,卷取机张力稳定,运行可靠,克服了以往薄带容易断带的现象,提高了成品率。
Abstract: Coiler tension is influenced by dynamic torque which is produced while accelerating or decelerating.So compensation for dynamic torque to avoid tension vibration is a key technique in electrical control of cold continuous rolling mill.A new calculation method of dynamic torque of coiler is introduced.The method simplifies calculation process of dynamic torque and improves calculation accuracy of inertia moment,and it does not need the parameters given by coiler designers.In practical production,dynamic torque was calculated and compensated,so that tension of coiler was stable and operation was reliable,thin strip breaking has been eliminated,and yield was improved.
