摘    要:陶瓷粉体超微细化是高性能陶瓷粉体发展的趋势,含纳米陶瓷涂料制备的关键技术是提高陶瓷超微颗粒的分散稳定性,一般要求含纳米陶瓷涂料在相应的操作条件下是分散完全均匀的稳定体系,因此必须对其进行分散处理.在含纳米陶瓷涂料中加入羧甲基纤维素钠作为分散剂,通过沉降实验、电位ξ测试实验分析,得出其稳定分散的机理为静电位阻稳定机制,并且当羧甲基纤维素钠的含量为0.1%,pH=9~10时,涂料具有最高负电势(<-45 mV).但考虑到涂料的粘度及对基材的影响,将羧甲基纤维素钠的含量控制在0.1%,pH=7~8,即可获得稳定分散且性能良好的含纳米陶瓷涂料.

Abstract: Improving the stabilized dispersion of nano-containing ceramic particles is the key technique in preparing nano-containing ceramic coating. In this paper, the mechanism and effects of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) as a dispersant on nano-containing ceramic aqueous suspension are examined by the measurements of ξ potential and the sedimentation test. The results show that a high negativeξ-poteneial above-45 mV is retained with 0.1% CMC when pH=9~10. But in order to retain the appropriate viscosity of the coating, addition of 0.1% CMC to the coating give stable dispersed and excellent performance nano-containing ceramic coating when pH=7~8.
