摘 要:为了能够准确检测混凝土桥梁预应力管道的注浆质量,通过理论分析和超声波的数值模拟,对应用超声波方法进行金属预应力管道注浆质量检测的可行性、测量频率、测线布置方式进行探讨;对采集到的信号,利用傅里叶变换和希尔伯特变换等数据处理方法,从振幅、频率、相位等方面进行异常特征分析,可以较准确地确定异常的位置和规模。证明应用多通道超声波透射法检测金属预应力管道注浆质量是可行的,且能取得较好的成果。
Abstract: In order to detect the grouting quality of pre-stressed tendon ducts accurately, based on the theory analysis and ultrasonic numerical simulation. The feasibility and frequency, as well as how to layout the survy lines, of the detection of metallic tendon ducts were studied by ultrasonic method. The location and size of abnormal were determined more accurately by using Fourier transform and Hilbert transform, through analyzing the anomaly characterizations from the amplitude, frequency, phase and other aspects. Using multi-channel ultrasonic waves to detect the grouting quality of metallic tendon ducts is effective, and better results can be obtained.
