Abstract: Knowledge acquisition (KA) is always one of the main difficulties in knowledge engineering. and it is also the key to develop expert system (ES). This paper analyzes the feature of management expert Knowledge, and presents the precedure, methods and methodology of management expert knowledge acquisition. We consider that the current methods and technology are immature. and it is necessary to make further investigation so as to resolve the bottleneck problem of KA.
