代镉锡锌合金的电镀工艺与机理

摘 要:研究了获得性能良好的代镉锡锌合金镀层的工艺条件,结果表明在柠檬酸盐-酒石酸盐混合体系中可获得光亮细致、抗蚀 性好、氢脆性低、焊接性能与镉相当的锡锌合金代镉镀层。还用旋转圆盘电极法、循环伏安法和极谱法研究了添加剂的作用机理,结果表明添加剂A的整平作用符合Kardos.O提出的整平扩散机制
Abstract: The process of electroplating Sn-Zn alloy which has good properties and can be used to replace Cd electroplating layer, was researched, the results showed that Sn-Zn alloy, which is bright and fine and has high corrosion resistance and low hydrogen embrittlement as well, can be obtained from citrate-tarate mixed system. The mechanism of additives was also studied by rotating disk electrode, cycling voltammetric stripping and polargraphy methods, the result showed that the levelling mechanism of additive A accords with diffusion mechanism proposed by Kardos O.
