硫酸盐还原菌包埋固定化技术处理含铬废水

摘    要:分别以海藻酸钠和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为包埋剂,采用蠕动泵滴加,包埋固定经驯化后的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)占优的活性污泥。以小球强度、传质性能、成球难易为指标定性确定包埋条件。评价海藻酸钙(CA)法、PVA法、PVA混合载体法包埋小球对含铬废水的处理效果。结果表明:以Cr(VI)去除率为考核指标, PVA混合载体为最好的包埋方式,其最优条件是PVA质量浓度为9%、包泥量为1∶1,添加少量的海藻酸钠, SiO2, CaCO3和粉末活性炭(PAC)有利于颗粒球传质与耐用性能的提高。在连续化处理含铬废水的工艺中,进水COD质量浓度为 500 mg/L, SO-24为500mg/L, Cr(Ⅵ)为100mg/L,水力滞留时间为6 h的条件下, Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率为99.68%,出水总Cr质量浓度为0.45 mg/L, COD质量浓度为187 mg/L,同时铬以沉淀的形式与颗粒球分离有利于铬的回收。附件: 2005-06-10

Abstract: The immobilized sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB)-containing activated sludge beadswere prepared using sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as entrapment agen.t The optimal conditions were chosen in terms of themechanical stability, mass transfer, and difficulty of forming beads. In addition, the treatmentofchromium-containingwastewaterby immobilized beadswas investigated. The results show thatPVA is considered the best support according to the removal of chromium, the optimal conditions are 9% PVA, ratio of immobilized cells to entrapping agents of1∶1, and sodium alginate, SiO2, CaCO3and powderactive carbon (PAC) is added to improve themass transferand itsdurability, respecttively. In the continuous experiments, thePVAmixed carrierprocess can effectively remove 100mg/LCr (Ⅵ) under the conditions of500mg/L sulfate, 500mg/L chemicaloxygen demand (COD) and 6 h hydraulic rest time (HRT). In drainage outle,t the removal rate ofCr(Ⅵ)gets to 99. 68%, and the total Cr concentration andCOD are 0. 45mg/L and 187mg/L respectively. Chromium is separated from beads in the form ofCr(OH)3, which is beneficial to the recycle of chromium.
