露天转地下开采地表沉降安全性分析

摘    要:为了最大限度地开采地下资源和保证地表建(构)筑物的安全,基于某矿山露天转地下充填法开采的工程实例,运用MIDAS/GTS建立三维模型,对“三下”开采地表的沉降和移动进行数值模拟研究,并将模拟结果与安全要求进行对比分析。研究结果表明:露天转地下开采影响范围内最大变形值即地表倾斜i、曲率K及水平变形ε最大值分别为0.640 mm/m,0.012×10-3/m和0.503 mm/m,均远低于工程范围内建(构)筑物保护等级相对应的允许变形值;模拟沉降计算的地表变形值与实际值基本吻合,从而验证了该方法的准确性,为我国同类矿山地表沉降预测和安全分析具有参考价值。

Abstract: In order to maximize the exploitation of underground resources and ensure the surface structures and buildings in the safety, based on a mining engineering examples using filling method, a three-dimensional model was established with the MIDAS/GTS. The surface subsidence and mobile were simulated. The results show that the largest surface tilt, curvature and horizontal deformation are 0.640 mm/m, 0.012×10-3/m and 0.503 mm/m, respectively, far lower than those of the structures and buildings objects protection level and the corresponding allowable deformation value. By field measurement, the simulated results and measured values of settlement were generally consistent, and the accuracy of this method is verified, which provides reference value of surface subsidence prediction and safety analysis for similar mines.
