摘 要:本文由金属醇化物的羟基化法制备了导电性SnO2-Sb2O3复合粉末。这一技术具有许多优点:流程和设备简单;成本低、污染小;适于制造粒度均匀且粒径小的粉末。由X射线衍射法鉴定SnO2-Sb2O3明显为无定形粉末。
Abstract: Conductive SnO2-Sb2O3 composite powder was prepared by the hydroxylation method of metalalcoxides.This technique has many advantages:simple flowsheet and equipment,suitability to producehomogeneous and fine powder with uniform particle size,and good transparent and conductiveproperties of the products.A fair amount of amorphous SnO2-Sb2O3 was identified by X-raydiffraction.
