一种新的矿山破碎站成品矿仓振动助流器的研制及应用

摘    要:基于中铝河南分公司下属的洛阳铝矿和巩义铝矿矿石粉粒含量高,矿石在仓内积压后很容易黏仓、起拱、卡斗,导致仓内矿石难以从漏斗口流出,给矿石装车外运带来严重影响等问题,通过现场取样,室内模拟试验,发现水的质量分数和仓壁摩擦因素对矿石流动性影响很大。以室内实验为依据,结合振动助流理论基本原理,在混凝土插入式振动器基础上,研制仓内悬垂式振动助流器,并将其振动棒直接插入仓内矿石流动性最差的死角部位,从而优化仓内矿石流动性;采用PFC2D软件进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:仓内悬垂式振动助流器对于底部和侧面放矿不仅具有很好的助流效果,而且大大降低了矿石对仓壁的动态侧压力;底部放矿现场工业试验证明该助流器在现场应用具有可行性。

Abstract: Luoyang and Gongyi bauxite mines which belong to CHINALCO Henan Branch have high fine-grained mineral, which easily leads to sticking wall, arching and stucking problems if the mineral accumulates for a long time in hopper, making ore hardly discharge from bin funnel and seriously influence the ore loading and transportation works. Through on-site sampling and laboratory experiments, it is found that the mass fraction of water and friction coefficient have significant impact on ore flowing in hopper. Based on the experiments results and the basic principles of vibration flow-aiding theory, a new vertical vibration flow-aiding device was designed on the basis of concrete vibrators. Its vibrator rod was directly put into the position with the worst fluidity to optimize ore mobility in hopper. PFC2D software numerical simulation results show that the new device not only has the best flow-aiding effect, but also reduces dynamic lateral pressure between ore and hopper. The bottom discharge industrial test results prove its application feasibility in hopper.
