摘    要:研究了机械活化反应器中,温度、溶出原液αK、溶出时间及液固比等因素对平果铝土矿溶出率的影响.在225℃,溶出原液αK 3.2,L/S2.5,溶出2H的条件下,Al2O3的溶出率达96.60%,比相同条件下的高压釜溶出率高18%;动力学研究表明,在138~176℃,范围内,试验结果能很好地模拟动力学模型1-(1-X)(1/3)=KAT,测得其表观活化能为72.64KJ/mol,溶出过程属化学反应控制.研究结果表明,机械活化可明显改善一水硬铝石的溶出性能,强化其溶出过程,提高其溶出率。

Abstract: The influences of key parameters,such as temperature,time,liquid-solid ratio and soon on the leaching process of Pingguo bauxite were studied in a mechanically activated reac-tor. An Al2O3 recovery of 96.60%is reached under the conditions of 225℃,αk 3.2,L/S2.5and 2 h, which is higher than that in traditional digester under the same conditions. Kineticsstudy shows that the mechanically activated leaching process of Pingguo bauxite (diaspore)isfound to be described most adequately by the″rain model″of 1-(1-x)1/3=kat with thesurface chemical reaction being the rate-controlling step.The estimated activation energy is72.64kJ/mol at the temperature range from 138 to 176℃;Experimental results prove thatthe leaching behaviour of diaspore can be improved and the Al2O3 recovery can be increasedhmechanical activation.
