Q345R钢板超声波探伤不合的原因分析

摘    要：为找出Q345R钢板超声波检测不合原因,采用低倍、金相、扫描电镜检验和断口形貌分析对探伤不合钢板进行研究,发现引起探伤不合的主要原因是钢板中心存在微裂纹,微裂纹产生的原因在于心部条状MnS、氮化物夹杂的聚集以及马氏体、贝氏体硬性组织的出现。

Abstract: For finding out the reasons of disqualification of Q345R steel plate by ultrasonic detection,the investigation of macrostructure,microstructure,SEM and fracture of the steel plate were carried out.The results show that the main reason is the microcrack induced by aggregation of MnS and nitrides as well as the martensite and bainite in the center of plate.
