贫锰矿化学处理——连二硫酸法

摘    要：广西木圭锰矿是一种含铁磷高并呈微细嵌布互相胶结的难选贫锰矿。这种矿石用连二硫酸法在小型试验、扩大试验及中间工厂试验条件下进行了研究。研究表明,用该法处理可以获得优质锰精矿,从而为这类贫锰矿开发利用开辟了新途径。

Abstract: The Mugui manganese ore of Kwangsi province is a low grade orewith high contents of iron and phosphorus.They are finely disseminated andso intemately bound that they are not amenable to physical beneficiation.Among the several chemical processes,the dithionate process is developedfrom laboratory small scale,large scale and pilot plant.It has shown thatthe high quality manganese concentrate can be obtained and it seems oneof the promising way to utilize this ore.
