粘土固化注浆帷幕对有害物质的阻滞作用

摘 要:分析了粘土固化注浆结石体对固体废物 填埋场渗滤液中有害物质的阻滞效果 .采用高浓度、高水头梯度条件下的重金属离子和有机物对 4cm厚的结石体进行渗流实验 .研究结果表明由Pb2 +和Cd2 +配成的模拟渗滤液在结石体中的渗透系数明显低于自来水的渗透系数 ;甲醇、苯胺在结石体中的渗透系数略低于自来水的渗透系数 .粘土固化注浆帷幕对Pb2 +,Cd2 +重金属渗滤液的阻滞效率大于 99% ,对甲醇的阻滞效率为 95 % ,对苯胺的阻滞效率为 85 % .
Abstract: The effects of anti seeping curtain with clay solidified grouting to prevent the pollutants from the seeping water in the solid waste landfill were discussed. Under the conditions of high concentration and hydraulic gradient i =50, the seeping experiments of simulated seeping fluids containing respectively Pb 2+ , Cd 2+ , CH 3OH and C 6H 5NH 2 by solidified stone of clay solidified grouting with thickness 4 cm were completed. The results indicate that the permeability coefficient of simulated seeping fluid of Pb 2+ or Cd 2+ is smaller than that of tap water, while that of CH 3OH or C 6H 5NH 2 is a bit smaller than that of tap water. The retard efficiency of the solidified stone to Pb 2+ or Cd 2+ is more than 99%, to CH 3OH is 95%, and to C 6H 5NH 2 is 85%. The engineering experiments demorstrate that the efficiency of unit water absorbing of the clay solidified grouting curtain in base rocks is ω <0.003 L/(min·m·m).
