高炉无钟布料器螺旋布料规律的研究

摘 要:在考虑溜槽旋转和倾动对炉料运动影响的基础上,分析了炉料在溜槽上和空区中的运动,推导出炉料在料面上的落点半径规律,并结合螺旋布料定义,得出了螺旋布料时溜槽倾角变化规律必须满足的方程。通过数值方法求解并绘制了炉料在料面上的落点轨迹。与环形布料相比,结果表明采用螺旋布料可以获得更加均匀的料面。
Abstract: The movement of burden on the chute and in the freeboard was analyzed on the base of considering the influences of rotation and inclination of the chute on the burden movement,the rule of radius from the point the burden falling on the burden surface to the center line of BF was deduced,associating with the definition of spiral charging,the equation for which variable regular of the inclination angle of the chute have to fit at the time of spiral charging was attained.Resolved by the numerical method and the trajectory the burden falling on the burden surface was draw.The results show that evener burden surface can be obtained by using of spiral charging comparing to the ring charging.
