α-氯己酸的制备及理化常数测定

摘 要：本文报道了一种对脂肪酸进行α单氯取代的新方法.我们用此方法制备的α-氯己酸作了理化常数、红外光谱以及核磁共振谱测定,证明该方法具有很高的选择性.首次报道了α-氯己酸的电离常数Kα值。
Abstract: In this work a method of the preparation of α-chloro-aliphatic acids is reported. The physico-chemical constant, IR absorption spectra and NMR spectrum of α-chlorohexanoic acid prepared by this method have been investigated. The results show that the chlorinating reaction is a high selective reaction. And it is reported that the p Kα value of α-chlorohexanoic acid is 2.90.
