铝箔轧机在不同驱动方式下的电耗研究

摘 要:本文对铝箔精孔机,在不同驱动方式下的电耗问题进行了探讨。理论分析表明,单辊驱动不仅具有更好的传力特性,且是箔材轧制中减少电耗的有效途径。与传统的两辊驱动相比,这时轧机所消耗的功率约可减少(11.5-17)%。单辊驱动的这一重要技术经济效果及其有关分析,已由工业性试验得到验证。
Abstract: The energy consumption of precision mills for Aluminium foil on different driving conditions has been investigated. Results of the Theoretical analysis show that one-roll drive not only has better driving property, but is an effectivc way to reduce the energy consumption in the roll of Aluminium foil. As compared with the traditional two--roll drive, the power consumption of one-roll drive may be decreased about (11.5-17)%.This important economical effect and its correlative analysis are substan tiated by industrial experimental results.
