Ostwald规则与湿法锑白晶型控制

摘 要:根据相变的Ostwald规则等理论,阐明了常规三氯化锑水解中和转化工艺得不到立方晶型锑白的原因:Sb4O5Cl2中和转化时,热力学低温亚稳定相———斜方晶型锑白首先出现,并因体系不能提供足够的能量,以克服晶型转变时原子移动的能垒,从而一直稳定存在.在中和转化前,添加少量EDTA、酒石酸等螯合剂控制氯氧锑的转化反应历程,是制取立方晶型锑白的最佳措施.
Abstract: Based on the Ostwald rule of phase transformations, the reason why cubic antimony white can′t be produced from the hydrolysis-neutralization of SbCl3 is interpreted: during the neutralization transforming process of antimony oxychloride(Sb4O5Cl2), the orthorhombic antimony white, the meta-stable phase at low temperature, is firstly formed, and exists stably all along in fact, because the system can′t supply enough energy to move the atoms for phase transformations. Adding a little ligand such as EDTA, tartrate before neutralization to change the transferring reaction course, is the best method of synthesizing cubic antimony white (Sb2O3) by hydro-process.
