上隔下疏型硫酸盐渍土路基盐胀模型试验研究

摘    要:根据新疆阿拉尔市硫酸盐渍土路基现场调查结果,人工配制硫酸钠盐渍土,进行上隔下疏型硫酸盐渍土路基盐胀变形机制室内模型试验研究。在大气环境模拟室内进行对比模型试验,对比分析升温过程中设置有上隔下疏结构层的新型路基与普通路基温度变化,降温过程中的温度变化和盐胀变形;对试验路基排盐水效果进行分析。试验结果表明:在升温和降温过程中,新型路基结构保温层能有效减少路基内部温度变化幅度,影响程度随深度增加而减弱;在升温过程中,保温层阻止表面蒸发,减弱内部盐水迁移;在降温过程中,保温层能减弱路基表层盐胀变形,对深层盐胀的抑制效果比表层抑制效果明显;疏排水层能有效排出路基内盐水及减小路基深部盐胀变形的发展;保温层和疏排水层综合减小盐胀变形效果明显。

Abstract: According to the survey of a sulfuric acid saline soil roadbed in Alar, Xinjiang, the salt expansion characteristics and law of temperature change were studied in the ‘partition above and channelize below’ sulfuric acid saline soil roadbed simulating lab test based on artificial sodium sulfate saline soil. Contrast model test was done in the atmospheric environment simulation chamber. A contrastive analysis of temperature change during the warming process was made between ordinary roadbed and the new roadbed with a structure layer named ‘partition above and channelize below, and salt expansion deformation during the cooling process. Brine draining effect of the test roadbed model was analyzed. The results show that during the warming and cooling process, the thermal insulation layer can effectively reduce roadbed internal temperature variation amplitude, and the influence degree decreases with the increase of the depth. The thermal insulation layer can prevent surface evaporation and weaken the internal brine migration during the warming process. The thermal insulation layer can weaken the surface salt expansion deformation and have more obvious effect on deep salt expansion than surface. The drainage layer can drain saline and effectively reduce roadbed deformation development of deep salt expansion. The comprehensive effect of thermal insulation layer and drainage layer on the reduction of salt expansion is obvious.
