摘    要:为了提高稀土热稳定剂的稳定能力,研究了采用稀土化合物制备稀土 锌复合热稳定剂的工艺.试验结果表明:稀土 锌化合物有很好的协同效应,它们量的比值是影响热稳定性的主要因素,其最佳比为3:2.此外,确定了最佳制备条件,并对其热稳定机理进行了探讨.

Abstract: In order to improve the stability of the rare earth heating stabilizer, the process for preparing rare earth-zinc heating stabilizer from rare earth compound has been studied. The results of test show that rare earth-zinc has an effect on each other; rare earth/zinc ratio is a main influence on the stability and its optional ratio is 3:2. The optional conditions of preparing were obtained, the heating stable mechanism about rare earth-zinc heating stabilizer was discussed,too.
