Ag+-掺杂锂钒氧化物的合成及其电化学性能

摘    要:报道了用V2O5湿凝胶、 Li2CO3和Ag2CO3通过液相反应合成用于锂离子电池正极材料的Ag+-LiV3O8。其前驱体和产品分别利用热分析(DTA-TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)、 X射线衍射(XRD)、 红外光谱(IR)技术进行表征。 其电化学性能通过恒电流充放电、 循环伏安法和交流阻抗技术进行研究。实验表明, 活性材料在不同的放电倍率和1.8~3.6V的电压范围内具有较高的首次放电容量;在0.15C循环250次后保持180mAh/g的放电容量。

Abstract: Ag+ doped LiV3O8 as a cathode material for lithium ion batteries was synthesized by solution reaction and low temperature calcination technique with V2O5 wet-gel, Li2CO3 and Ag2CO3 as raw materials. The precursor and product were characterized by differential thermalanalysis thermogravimetry(DTA-TG), scanning electron microsopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), infrared spectroscopy(IR) measurements. Its electrochemical behavior as a cathode material for rechargeable lithium-ion batteries was studied by galvanostatic charge-discharge, cyclic voltammetry, and AC impedance technique. The experiment results show that the active material Ag+-LiV3O8 has higher first discharge capacity at various rates, and it maintains a discharge capacity of 180mAh/g at 0.15C rate over the voltage range of 1.8V-3.6V after 250 cycles.
