油酸钠在闪锌矿表面的吸附机理

摘    要:通过浮选实验、吸附量测试、X线光电子能谱分析、动电位和红外光谱测试研究油酸钠在闪锌矿表面的吸附机理。研究结果表明:当油酸钠用量为1.6×10-4 mol/L,pH为6~10时,闪锌矿具有较好的可浮性;当pH为7时,闪锌矿表面被氧化生成Zn2+,有利于油酸根离子吸附,油酸根离子与Zn2+作用,从而以化学吸附的方式吸附在闪锌矿表面;当pH为10时,闪锌矿表面以锌的羟基化合物为主,不利于油酸根离子的吸附,油酸根离子在闪锌矿表面主要以物理吸附的方式吸附。

Abstract: The flotation of sphalerite and the adsorption mechanism were studied through flotation tests, absorption measurements, XPS test, zeta potential measurements and infrared spectroscopic analysis using sodium oleate as collector. The results show that sphalerite has good floatability in pH range of 6-10 when the concentration of sodium locate is 1.6×10-4 mol/L.When pH is 7, the surface of sphalerite is oxidized to Zn2+, which contributes to the adsorption of oleate ions, and chemical adsorption mainly occurs on the surface of sphalerite for sodium oleate. When pH is 10, Zn(OH)2 is the main compositions, which is unfavourable for the adsorption of oleate ions, and physical adsorption mainly occurs on the surface of sphalerite for sodium oleate.
