金属阳极恒电位溶解的动力学模型

摘 要:本文根据电极过程动力学的基本理论和金属阳极恒电位溶解的实验结果,提出了有效电流的概念,导出了金属阳极恒电位溶解的动力学模型。此模型也适用于受固相扩散传质控制的合金或类合金(如某些金属硫化物)阳极的恒电位溶解过程。在液相扩散传质控制条件下,金属阳极恒电位溶解的动力学模型为:i(t)=ix+[i(0)-ix]e-ptQ(t)=ixt+[(i(0)-ix)/p](1-e-pt)利用此模型对锡阳极在氟硅酸-硫酸溶液中恒电位溶解的实验结果进行了模拟计算,计算结果与实验数据十分吻合。
Abstract: Based on the basic theories of electrode kinetics and the experimental results of the potentio-static dissolution of metal anodes,the concept of effective current is proposed nd a kineticmodel is derived for the potentiostatic dissolution of metal anodes which is ontrolled by thediffusion of metal ions in the solution.The kinetic model is aslo applicable o he potentiostaticdissolution of alloy or quasi-alloy(e.g.some metal sulfides)anodes controlled y the solid-statediffusion.The kinetic model has been used to analyse the experimental results f the potentiostatic disso-lution of tin anodes in fluorosilicic acid-sulfuric acid olution.The calculated results are in goodagreement with experimental results.
