沙漠地区铁路动车组过境风沙流卸载分布特性试验研究

摘    要:针对沙漠地区动车组的过境风沙卸载分布特性开展研究。研究结果表明:线路内、外侧积沙以中沙(粒径[0.25~0.50) mm)为主,占比分别为55.24%和63.02%;设备舱、空调滤网积沙主要源于线路内侧的涡流携带风沙,其中细沙(粒径<0.25 mm)占比分别为97.92%和98.24%。设备舱内积沙以动车居多、拖车相对偏少,且设备舱内积沙主要分布在有源通风设备区域;由于迎风侧上行线积沙较为严重,沿上行线运行的头车积沙量比尾车的高;风沙气候和积沙线路是影响设备舱积沙分布特性的主要因素。

Abstract: Sand distribution characteristic of train-set in desert area was investigated. The results show that medium sand of particle size between 0.25 mm to 0.50 mm dominates within sand samples from both inside and outside of the railway line, the ratio of which reach 55.24% and 63.02%, respectively. Fine sand of particle size below 0.25 mm, mainly originating from vortex-carrying sand inside railway lines, dominates within sand samples from equipment cabin and air conditioner filters, the ratio of which reach 97.92% and 98.24%, respectively. The motor car contains more sand accumulation than the trailer car, and sand accumulation is mainly distributed at the ventilation equipment region in equipment cabin. Due to severe sand unloading at windward side of the up railway line, the head car running on up line contains more sand accumulation than the tail car. Blown-sand environment and accumulated-sand railway line are the two major factors that affect sand distribution characteristic of train-set equipment cabin.
