SMA路面渗水性能试验研究与评价分析

摘    要:为了研究沥青路面的渗水性能,采用改进的渗水系数测试仪器和自制的大面积渗水仪器对湖南省在建高速公路SMA沥青路面渗水系数进行测试。根据测试结果结合SMA沥青路面渗水性能的评价方法对SMA(Stone mastic asphaltum)沥青路面的渗水性能进行评价分析。研究结果表明:不同沥青混合料最大公称粒径和不同沥青添加剂影响SMA沥青路面的渗水性能;对于不同公称最大粒径的SMA沥青混合料路面渗水系数检验指标,SMA-13路面渗水系数不大于80 mL/min,SMA-16路面渗水系数不大于100 mL/min,检测合格率为90%;抗车辙剂的添加和不同改性沥青的使用对SMA路面的渗水性能有一定的影响;面层材料的厚度和抗渗性能具有正比例关系;建议在评价路面施工质量渗水性能时,采用90%样本量的渗水系数平均值作为检测结果;施工质量变异性造成渗水系数沿路面横向分布,超车道的渗透系数比行车道的大,硬路肩的渗透系数比超车道的大。

Abstract: In order to investigate the permeability of SMA (Stone mastic asphaltum) pavement, an improved and a self-made method for testing the permeability coefficient of SMA pavement was adopted in Hunan Province. According to the testing results and incorporating the evaluation method of SMA pavement, the permeability coefficient of SMA pavement was evaluated and analyzed. The analysis results show that different nominal maximum aggregate sizes and different additives play a significant role in the permeability performance of SMA. Moreover, the suggested permeability coefficients and index for detection are presented for SMA in different maximum nominal sizes of aggregate. By analyzing the data of permeability coefficient, the anti-rut agent and different kinds of asphalt cause the difference of the permeability performance of SMA pavement to some extent. Additionally, there is a proportional relationship between the thickness of surface course and impermeability. And a comparative analysis of testing results of two methods shows that the average value of 90% of the total samples of permeability coefficient should be reasonably adopted to evaluate the permeability performance of SMA pavement; and the distribution of permeability coefficient along the transverse pavement is non-uniform, which is due to the construction variability, i.e., the permeability coefficient of passing lane is higher than that of travel lane and the permeability coefficient of highway shoulder is larger than that of passing lane.
