火花放电法制备高纯氧化铝粉末

摘 要:以纯度为99.9910%的金属铝和去离子水为原料,用火花放电法制备高纯氧化铝。用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重/差示扫描法(DTA/TGA)等测试手段对粉体的纯度、成分、微结构等进行了研究。结果表明,制得的粉体经800℃、1h煅烧得到的氧化铝纯度为99.9893%,经1300℃、3h煅烧得到高纯的氧化铝,样品结构疏松,分散性好,颗粒细度为微米级。
Abstract: High-purity alumina was prepared by spark discharge,from the metalic aluminum(99.991%) and deionized water.The purity,component and microstructure of the powders were investigated through Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer(ICP-OES),X-ray Diffraction(XRD),Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM),Thermal gravity Analysis-Differential Thermal analysis(TG-DTA)and etc.The results showed that the purity of alumina is 99.9898% after being cakined at 800 ℃,1h calcined.High purity of α-Al2O3 was obtained after being calcined at 1300 ℃,3h calcined.Samples obtained are loose in structure and as fine as micron level.
