掺杂对高导锰锌铁氧体磁性能的影响

摘    要:以锰锌铁氧体废料所得预烧料为原料,以初始磁导率(μi)、品质因数(Q)、频率特性曲线、扫描电镜(SEM)图为表征手段,研究MoO3,Bi2O3,SnO2及CaCO3添加物对高导锰锌铁氧体的磁性能和微观结构的影响规律。实验结果表明:加入适量的MoO3,Bi2O3和SnO2,可以促进晶粒的生长,增加样环的烧结密度,提高初始磁导率;CaCO3的加入可以极大地改善铁氧体样环的频率特性;当MoO3,Bi2O3,SnO2和CaCO3的添加量(质量分数)分别为0.040%,0.035%,0.015%和0.020%时,综合性能达到最佳。

Abstract: The effects of additives (MoO3, Bi2O3, SnO2, CaCO3) on magnetic properties and microstructure of high permeability MnZn ferrites were studied by measuring the initial permeability (μi), quality factor (Q), frequency characteristic graph and SEM, which used the presintering powders from Mn-Zn ferrite wastes as raw material. The results show that adding appropriate additives (MoO3, Bi2O3, SnO2) can promote the grain growth and increase the density and μi of the sample. Moreover, the adding of CaCO3 can improve the frequency characteristics greatly. When the dosages of MoO3, Bi2O3, SnO2 and CaCO3 are respectively 0.040%, 0.035%, 0.015% and 0.020%, the comprehensive performances achieve the best.
