竖井掘进爆破有毒废气扩散规律数值研究

摘    要:为实现对竖井掘进爆破所产生的有毒有害废气的有效检测和控制,揭示竖井掘进爆破有毒废气的扩散规律,基于计算流体力学模拟软件Fluent,k-ε方程标准模型以及BKW状态方程和SIMPLEC算法,开展竖井掘进爆破所产生的NO2、CO废气的扩散规律的数值研究,得出其时空二维体积及迹线分布规律。在此基础上,提出了竖井掘进爆破废气的监测方案并开展了现场实测研究。研究结果表明:竖井中废气扩散质量浓度变化基本规律为:上阶段平巷至下阶段平巷NO2质量浓度呈逐渐降低趋势;布置有高压风管一侧的CO质量浓度明显较高,下阶段平巷竖井出口处至掘进工作面则呈总体减小趋势。数值分析得到的爆破废气CO和NO2质量浓度分布规律与现场监测结果吻合,验证了基于Fluent的竖井掘进爆破废气扩散规律研究方法的有效性。

Abstract: For realizing the effective detection and control and revealing diffusion rule of toxic and harmful emissions produced by blasting in shaft sinking, numerical study of diffusion rule on NO2 and CO exhaust gas was done based on the integrated application of CFD software Fluent, k-ε equation standard model, BKW equation of state and SIMPLEC algorithm,distribution regularity of spatiotemporal volume and trace were obtained. On this basis, monitoring program was proposed and the field test study was carried out for blasting exhaust gas in shaft sinking. The results show that the diffusion concentration changing basic laws of exhaust gas in shaft are as follows: Volume fraction of NO2 tends to decrease monotonically from upper level drift to lower level drift; the volume fraction of CO is significantly higher in the side of furnishing high-pressure air duct, whereas it is a general decrease trend at the shaft exit from lower level drift to driving face. The distribution law of exhaust gas NO2 and CO produced by blasting basically tallies with field monitoring results; the effectiveness of study method of exhaust gas diffusion rule based on Fluent blasting in shaft sinking is verified.
