多级逆流浸出槽的数学模型

摘 要:固—液浸出提取有色金属是冶金工业重要操作之一。本文以粒子数平衡原理及单个粒子浸出的数学模型为基础,提出了一个浸出槽的数学模型,可应用于具有粒径分布的多级逆流浸出过程。
Abstract: The leaching of ores by solvent to extract non-ferrous metals is one of the important operations in metallurgical industry. A mathematical model for the leaching of ores, which is based on the theory of Population Balance and on the model of single particle leaching, is proposed in this paper. This model can be used in the multistage counter current leaching process with a definite distribution of diameters of particles.
