摘    要：本文比较了测定单核络离子稳定常数时计算游离配体浓度的不同方法,发现从溶液总酸度的概念出发推导的计算游离配体浓度的办法,导出算式的过程简明,计算较简单,而又能普遍适用于配体能加合质子时的各种情况。

Abstract:

The methods for calculating free ligand concentrations in course of the determination of the stability constants of mononuclear complexes have been compared.The method based upon the concept of the total acidity(T_H) appears to be the best one.It is applicable to various cases in which the ligand can be protonated.The derivation of the formula

[L]=(TH-[H]+[OH^-])/Σjβ_j^H[H]^j

(where[L]denotes the free ligand concentration and β_j^H the jth consecutive protonation constant of the ligand L)and the calculation with it are simple while the values of the free ligand concentrations obtained are identical to those calculated by other methods,
