摘    要:在硫酸和溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)胶束介质中,痕量铋(对过氧化氢氧化考马斯亮蓝的反应具有阻抑作用,据此建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量铋(的新方法。研究了表面活性剂、反应介质及用量、试剂用量、加热时间、加热温度,干扰离子等因素的影响。在最佳实验条件下,阻抑反应与非阻抑反应体系在600 nm处的吸光度差值与铋(Ⅲ)的浓度在0.8~112μg/L范围呈良好线性关系,检出限为9.37×10-7 g/L。催化反应为动力学零级反应,表观活化能为142.14 kJ/mol,反应速率常数为4.1×10-3 mol/L·s。反应在CPB存在下,其灵敏度提高了5倍。此法用于水及合金样品中铋的测定,实验结果同原子吸收光谱法一致。

Abstract: In the medium of sulfuric acid and hexadecylpyridinium bromide micelle,trace bismuth  has inhibitory effect on the reaction between coomassie brilliant blue and hydrogen peroxide.Therefore,a new inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace bismuth Ⅲ was established.The effects of these factors were discussed,such as surfactant,reaction medium and its dosage,reagent dosage,heating time,heating temperature and interference ions.Under the optimum conditions,the absorbance difference between inhibition system and non-inhibition system at 600 nm showed good linearity to the concentration of bismuth Ⅲ in the range of 0.8-112 μg/L.The detection limit of this method was 9.37×10-7 g/L.The catalytic reaction was the zero-order reaction with apparent activation energy of 142.14 kJ/mol and reaction rate constant of 4.1×10-3 mol/L·s.The sensitivity was increased by five times than in the absence of CPB.The method has been used in the determination of bismuth Ⅲ in water and alloy samples,and the results were consistent with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry.
