过氧化氢-考马斯亮蓝阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量铋(Ⅲ)

摘 要:在硫酸和溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)胶束介质中,痕量铋(对过氧化氢氧化考马斯亮蓝的反应具有阻抑作用,据此建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量铋(的新方法。研究了表面活性剂、反应介质及用量、试剂用量、加热时间、加热温度,干扰离子等因素的影响。在最佳实验条件下,阻抑反应与非阻抑反应体系在600 nm处的吸光度差值与铋(Ⅲ)的浓度在0.8~112μg/L范围呈良好线性关系,检出限为9.37×10-7 g/L。催化反应为动力学零级反应,表观活化能为142.14 kJ/mol,反应速率常数为4.1×10-3 mol/L·s。反应在CPB存在下,其灵敏度提高了5倍。此法用于水及合金样品中铋的测定,实验结果同原子吸收光谱法一致。
Abstract: In the medium of sulfuric acid and hexadecylpyridinium bromide micelle,trace bismuth has inhibitory effect on the reaction between coomassie brilliant blue and hydrogen peroxide.Therefore,a new inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace bismuth Ⅲ was established.The effects of these factors were discussed,such as surfactant,reaction medium and its dosage,reagent dosage,heating time,heating temperature and interference ions.Under the optimum conditions,the absorbance difference between inhibition system and non-inhibition system at 600 nm showed good linearity to the concentration of bismuth Ⅲ in the range of 0.8-112 μg/L.The detection limit of this method was 9.37×10-7 g/L.The catalytic reaction was the zero-order reaction with apparent activation energy of 142.14 kJ/mol and reaction rate constant of 4.1×10-3 mol/L·s.The sensitivity was increased by five times than in the absence of CPB.The method has been used in the determination of bismuth Ⅲ in water and alloy samples,and the results were consistent with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry.
