摘 要:研究了润滑组元MoS2、石墨、BN、PbO等对铁基摩擦材料摩擦性能的影响,也研究了摩擦系数与速度、压力、温度;磨损量与压力的关系以及摩擦系数的稳定性。并用润滑组元的结构特性解释了实验结果。
Abstract: The effect of some factors,such as lubricant comonents MoS2,graphite,BN and PbO,on the frictional properties of Fe-based friction material was studed in this paper.The relations between coefficient of friction and velocity,pressure,and temprature,and between wearing capacity and pressure are also studied.And the stability of coefficient friction was discussed.The test results have been explained by structure characteristics of the lubricantcamposition.
