固-液合金化 Fe-1Mn-1Cu-C 材料

摘 要:采用50Mn-50Cu母合金粉末作添加剂及复压-热处理工艺制取Fe-1Mn-1Cu (0.3~0.5)C烧结低合金钢.研究了实现固-液合金化的工艺条件及材料的性能.结果表明,在1050℃烧结30 min,或在1100℃烧结20 min,均可通过固-液合金化方式,实现Mn, Cu两合金元素快速溶入Fe基体中.经复压-热处理后试样的性能可达到:密度ρ=7.31~7.54 g/cm3;抗拉强度σb=864~968 MPa;冲击韧性αK=17.7~34.8 J/cm2..
Abstract: Using 50Mn-50Cu master alloy powder as additive and applying repressing and heat treatment technology, Fe-1Mn-1Cu-(0.3~0.5)C sintered low alloy steel was fabricated. Technology conditions of solid liquid alloying and the properties of this material were studied. The results showed both of the Mn, Cu two alloying elements can dissolve into iron very rapidly by means of solid liquid alloying at 1050 ℃ for 30 min, or at 1100 ℃ for 20 min. Through repressing and heat treatment, the properties of the samples can be as follows: density 7.31~7.54 g/cm3; σb=864~968 MPa; αk=17 7~34 8 J/cm2.
