真空烧结炉两级微机控制和管理

摘 要:以真空烧结炉为研究对象,研制了一个两级计算机系统,采用Windows环境下面向对象的可视化编程工具设计人机界面和实时数据库查询及报表,DDC级以高性能嵌入式微控制器Intel 80C198为核心,应用参数自调整模糊控制算法实现真空炉的温度控制,并同时在线检测其他参数和状态,实现了烧结生产过程的微机化管理.
Abstract: The paper presents a two-stage computer system for vacuum sintering furnaces. Man-computer interface, real-time data-base querying structure and data reports are designed with visual object-oriented programming language for Windows. High-performance embeded microcontroller unit-80C198 is the centre of DDC which carries out temperature control in which fuzzy control algorithm is applied, and detects other parameters and states on line, thus fulfils the microcomputer management of the procedure in sintering production.
