摘 要:采用双氧水和硫酸作为反应试剂,从印刷电路板废料中回收金和铜.考察了硫酸浓度及用量、固液比、双氧水用量、反应时间等条件对反应的影响.实验结果表明:酸度过高或过低对金、铜的收率都不利;对于 10 g 废料,以固液比 1∶2,20 ml 双氧水,20 ml 硫酸(1∶3)进行反应,即可几乎全部回收金和铜,金的剥离率可达 98.75%,而铜的回收率达 99.43%;所得的金可提纯金,所得的硫酸铜溶液可以结晶或电解得硫酸铜;所用试剂无毒、廉价、易得,且设备简单,操作方便;反应过程中无有害物产生,实现了贵重资源的再生利用.
Recovery of Gold and Copper from Waste Printed Circuits
Abstract:
The recovery of gold and copper from waste printed circuits with H 2O 2 H 2SO 4 solution was studied. The influences of concentration and amount of sulfuric, solid liquid ratio, the amount of hydrogen peroxide and reaction time on the reaction were investigated. The result indicated that it is unfavorable for recovering rate of gold and copper when acidity is too high or low. For 10 g waste material, under the condition of 1∶2 solid liquid ratio, 20 ml hydrogen peroxide 20 ml sulfuric (1∶3) , all of the gold and copper were almost recovered. Desquamation rate of gold and recovering rate of copper reaches 98.75% and 99.43%, respactiviely. The product gold could be refined pure gold and copper solution could be crystallized or electrolyzed copper sulfate. The reagents are nontoxic, cheap and easily attainable and the equipments are simple. The whole operation is convenient. No toxicant was produced during the course of reaction.
