摘    要:采用下向渗透试验方法测定了在氯化钙和水玻璃溶液中添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠后溶液在粉尘介质中的渗透规律.测定结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠能在不同程度上提高溶液的渗透能力和降低溶液的表面张力,对于质量分数为5%,15%,25%的CaCl2溶液,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的适宜添加量分别为0.5%~0.6%,0.2%~0.5%,0.2%~0.4%,此时溶液的渗透能力比不加添加剂时可提高约15%,14%,28%.对于质量分数为5%,15%,25%的Na2SiO3·9H2O溶液,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的适宜添加量分别为0.2%~0.4%,0.3%~0.5%,0.3%~0.5%,此时溶液的渗透能力可提高19%,23%,11%.该研究结果对有效利用氯化钙和水玻璃进行固土抑尘具有重要的意义.

Abstract: By using a downward penetration test device, a lot of experiments were made to investigate the effects of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium salt(C18H29NaO3S) on the penetration behaviour in four kinds of dust sample and the surface tension of the calcium chloride and water glass solutions. The results show that C18H29NaO3S can enhance the penetration ability and decrease the surface tension of the calcium chloride and water glass solutions to some extent. For the solutions of calcium chloride in 5%, 15% and 25%,the satisfactory addition of C18H29NaO3S is 0.5%~0.6%, 0.2%~0.5% and 0.2%~0.4% respectively and in this way the penetration ability of the solutions can enhance 15%, 14% and 28%. For the solutions of water glass in 5%, 15% and 25%, the suitable addition of C18H29NaO3S is 0.2%~0.4%, 0.3%~0.5% and 0.3%~0.5% respectively and in this way the penetration ability of the solutions can enhance 19%, 23% and 11%. The achieved conclusions are of great significance for calcium chloride and water glass to be applied in the fields of stabilizing soil and dust raising control.
