锌合金在KOH溶液中的腐蚀性能

摘 要:采用熔化浇铸的方法制备了一系列Zn-In合金和Zn-Pb合金.通过析氢量气法和动电位极化测量了它们在6 mol/L KOH溶液中的腐蚀速度.结果表明,添加少量的In或Pb明显地抑制了Zn腐蚀,并且In的添加效果优于Pb.此外,通过交流阻抗技术对它们在碱性溶液中的腐蚀机理进行了探讨.结果表明,高频时,Zn,Zn-Pb,Zn-In合金的电极过程受电子传递步骤控制;低频时,在Zn,Zn-Pb,Zn-0·01%In合金的电极表面出现吸附现象,而对于含In0·05%或0·10%的Zn电极,扩散传质步骤是速度控制步骤.
Abstract:
A series of zinc-indium alloys and zinc-lead alloys were prepared by melting and casting. Their corrosion rates in 6 mol/L potassium hydroxide solution were determined by measuring evolved hydrogen and potentiodynamic polarization. The results show that the corrosion of zinc was obviously inhibited by a little addition of indium or lead, and the inhibition effect of indium was superior to that of lead. Their corrosion mechanisms in alkaline solution were investigated by A.C. impedance technology. The results show that at high frequencies, electrode processes were controlled by charge-transfer process for Zn, Zn-Pb, Zn-In electrodes, and at low frequencies, absorption behavior was found on the surface of Zn, Zn-Pb and Zn-0.01%In, but when zinc electrode contained 0.05% or 0.10% indium, mass-transfer process was the rate-determining step.
